A-Note Zen Cast Hand Bowl
A-Note Zen Cast Hand Bowl 4.75″
A single note of light to calm, cleanse, and align
Invite stillness, clarity, and transformation into your sacred space with this A-Note Zen Cast singing Hand Bowl, meticulously tuned to radiate a pure, crystalline frequency. Each tone unfolds like a ripple through water calming the mind, harmonizing the spirit, and awakening deep awareness within. Crafted for precision and purity in Nepal, this compact bowl produces a sound that lingers in the air long after it’s struck, anchoring you into the present moment.
How It Differs from a Traditional Singing Bowl
Unlike traditional singing bowls, which are designed for circular motion and sustained resonance, this hand bowl produces a focused, singular tone that is exceptionally pure and stable. Rather than being played by rotating a mallet around the rim, it is gently struck to release a clear, bell-like note that penetrates the energetic field with surgical precision. This makes it ideal for Reiki, meditation, sound baths, and personal energy work, where precise frequency alignment and intentional vibration are desired.
Metaphysical Properties & Benefits
Tuned to the A-note, this chime resonates with the Third Eye Chakra, awakening intuition, insight, and spiritual clarity. Its vibration helps open the gateway between intellect and inner knowing, dissolving energetic blockages that cloud perception.
Used in Reiki or energy healing, the tone purifies the auric field and helps practitioners re-establish balance throughout the energetic body. In sound therapy, its crystalline pitch entrains brain waves into deeper states of relaxation and harmony, while in meditation, its chime becomes a sacred signal calling the mind back to stillness, time after time.
Uses & Spiritual Applications:
-
Reiki & Energy Healing: Clears stagnation, balances the chakras, and resets energetic flow between sessions.
-
Sound Healing & Chakra Alignment: The A-note activates the higher centers of perception, perfect for integration in multi-instrument sound baths.
-
Meditation & Mindfulness Practice: Use to begin or close meditation sessions, or to gently draw the mind back into the now.
-
Space Clearing & Ritual Work: The tone acts as a vibrational purifier, dissolving heavy or discordant energy and realigning the space with serenity and light.
*** A Gift of Sound and Stillness ***
Beautifully crafted and rich with purpose, this bowl makes a thoughtful gift for sound healers, yoga instructors, Reiki practitioners, or anyone seeking to deepen their spiritual journey. Its luminous tone, compact form, and transformative resonance make it an instrument of peace and a companion for presence and spiritual renewal.
