Returns & Refunds

Certain items including crystals, mineral specimens, ritual materials, and select specialty products are non-returnable in order to protect authenticity, quality, and energetic integrity.
For complete details regarding return eligibility, timeframes, documentation requirements, and non-returnable categories, please review our full Refund & Return Policy before making a purchase.
Our goal is always to provide a transparent and exceptional experience so you can shop with confidence when welcoming items from The Mystical You into your space.
