A Practical Tool for Awareness, Balance, and Inner Presence
Unlock the embodied wisdom of the hands with the Mudras Card Set by Gertrud Hirschi. This deck is a uniquely beautiful and insightful deck designed to deepen your relationship with your body, emotions, and inner awareness. Unlike ordinary affirmation or oracle decks, this collection focuses on mudras. These are symbolic hand gestures that have been used for centuries in meditation, contemplative practices, and spiritual exploration. With each card, you are invited not only to reflect mentally, but to embody experience physically, bringing harmony to body, mind, and spirit.
These Cards Are More Than Deck... They Are A Practice.
*** What Is a Mudra? ***
Mudras are purposeful hand positions used in yoga, meditation, and spiritual disciplines to influence subtle energy flow, promote inner calm, and align intention with physical presence. Each gesture carries meaning and can deepen self-awareness, reduce tension, and enhance focus.
This card set visually translates these gestures into accessible guidanc making ancient practice practical for everyday life.
How to Use Your Mudras Deck
• Draw a card each morning to set a mindful tone for the day.
• Use a card during meditation to deepen focus and presence.
• Let the illustrated mudras guide your breath and intention.
• Integrate hand positions into yoga or somatic movement.
• Reflect on the card’s energy to cultivate emotional clarity or calm.
Each card becomes a doorway into mindful alignment and not just a concept, but a felt experience.
