SHIPPING
Every order from The Mystical You is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged before beginning its journey to you.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order and the delivery destination. Simply add your selections to your cart and the available shipping options will appear during checkout.
We take exceptional care in protecting delicate items, crystals, and ritual tools so they arrive safely and beautifully presented. Our team works diligently to ensure your order is packed with precision, care, and respect for the unique nature of the items you have chosen.
Returns & Refunds
Because many of our offerings are rare, fragile, energetically sensitive, or produced in limited quantities, return eligibility varies by product and category.
Certain items including crystals, mineral specimens, ritual materials, and select specialty products are non-returnable in order to protect authenticity, quality, and energetic integrity.
For complete details regarding return eligibility, timeframes, documentation requirements, and non-returnable categories, please review our full Refund & Return Policy before making a purchase.
Our goal is always to provide a transparent and exceptional experience so you can shop with confidence when welcoming items from The Mystical You into your space.

Do I need to cleanse or prepare my item before use?
Many customers choose to cleanse or set intentions with their items before use as part of their personal practice. This is entirely optional and can be done in a way that feels right to you.
If you feel called to it, you can explore our smudge, incense, and cleansing tools collection to support your ritual and create a more intentional experience.
As a small family owned boutique guided by true practitioners, we take great pride in preparing each piece with light and positive intention before it reaches you. We do our best to offer not only meaningful products, but also an experience rooted in care, respect, and authenticity.
We are on this journey as well, and we truly appreciate you allowing us to be a part of yours.
Can this be purchased as a gift?
Absolutely... Many of our items are chosen as meaningful gifts, each carrying intention and purpose beyond the physical piece.
If you’re sending something directly to someone special, we can provide a gift receipt upon request to make the experience seamless and thoughtful.
Not sure what to choose? Our physical and electronic gift cards are a perfect option allowing them to select exactly what resonates with their journey.
Whether you’re gifting a moment, a tool, or an experience, it’s always received with meaning.
What are your sizing options?

We do our best to provide accurate measurements within each product description and, whenever possible, through photos to help you understand scale and presence.

Yes, simply select in-store pickup at checkout and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready. Most pickup orders are available within 24 hours.
This is a great option if you’re in a hurry or prefer to stop by and pick up your items directly.
If you need your order sooner, feel free to call or message us and we’ll do our best to take care of you as quickly as possible... we would never want to be a reason to slow down your journey.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We don’t just ship orders—we send them off with intention.
Most orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days, and once they’re on their way, delivery times will depend on your location and selected shipping method.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package begins its journey, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Good things don’t take forever—but they do arrive right when they’re meant to.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin preparing orders quickly to ensure fast and smooth delivery. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
Once your order has been processed and tracking has been issued, it has begun its journey and is in the hands of the carrier. At that point, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, and any requests would need to be handled as a return.
While we’ll always do what we can on our end, once a package is in transit, even we have to respect the journey it’s on.
Where do you currently ship?
At this time, we ship within the United States to ensure your order arrives quickly and reliably.
As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding and sharing our offerings with more of the world.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident in every piece you bring into your space.
If something doesn’t feel quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Please note that certain items—such as crystals, stones, and select ritual pieces—are final sale due to their unique and sensitive nature.
