What are your sizing options?
Sizing will vary depending on the item, and many of our pieces are available in different dimensions or formats.

Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes, simply select in-store pickup at checkout and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready. Most pickup orders are available within 24 hours.
This is a great option if you’re in a hurry or prefer to stop by and pick up your items directly.
If you need your order sooner, feel free to call or message us and we’ll do our best to take care of you as quickly as possible... we would never want to be a reason to slow down your journey.
We also offer curbside pickup upon request. Just let us know when you arrive and we’ll be happy to bring your order out to your vehicle. We’re here for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We don’t just ship orders—we send them off with intention.
Most orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days, and once they’re on their way, delivery times will depend on your location and selected shipping method.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package begins its journey, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Good things don’t take forever—but they do arrive right when they’re meant to.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin preparing orders quickly to ensure fast and smooth delivery. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
Once your order has been processed and tracking has been issued, it has begun its journey and is in the hands of the carrier. At that point, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, and any requests would need to be handled as a return.
While we’ll always do what we can on our end, once a package is in transit, even we have to respect the journey it’s on.

If something doesn’t feel quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Please note that certain items—such as crystals, stones, and select ritual pieces—are final sale due to their unique and sensitive nature.
