Self-Love Bath Ritual:
-
Set Your Space: Light a pink or white candle. Place rose quartz or any self-love crystal near the tub. Dim the lights and play soft music if desired.
-
Set Your Intention: Before entering the water, hold the bath bomb in your hands and say aloud or silently:
“I am worthy of unconditional love. I honor myself fully. I open my heart to my own sacred essence.”
-
Soak & Release: As the bath bomb dissolves, imagine any self-doubt or criticism dissolving with it. Feel the warmth of the water as a nurturing embrace from the Universe.
-
Affirm: Repeat affirmations such as:
-
“I love and accept myself exactly as I am.”
-
“I radiate beauty from within.”
-
“I am whole, I am enough.”
-
-
Integrate: When finished, allow yourself to air-dry if possible. Hold the crystal that was inside your bomb and place it on your nightstand, altar, or carry it with you as a talisman of love.
This is more than a bath—it's a return to your sacred self.
Perfect for moon rituals, heart-healing, or any time you need to be reminded: You are love in form.
